The rooms were absolutely fabulous with mountain views. the staff were pleasant. the location of the hotel was great - just a pleasant stroll away from Mountain Blown Glass. This venue was in a pretty nice area near to the downtown area and a lake and a Visitor's Center.

This hotel is not in good condition. The owners are letting the property go. There were spiders in our room. My travel mates said they felt like things were crawling on them all night. The linens were dirty. The towels were dirty. The bathroom water and toilet were working so, that was a plus. This place needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. The asians that own or operate aren't doing any good with it. I am surprised there were any guests there. I won't book there again.

It is a nice hotel with cheap rooms and picturesque views of the mountains.

Location is excellant to walk to the main Shopping of Estes Park.

They didn't have our Non smoking room reserved for us. They had our reservation but did not keep us a non smoking room. The room we stayed in was dirty and non kept. The phone was filthy dirty, the carpets were not clean and the bedding was stained. The bed was uncomfortable as it didn't have a fitted sheet on the mattress so the sheets kept bunching up. The hotel is in need of alot of updating with remodeling of inside and outside.

The rooms were absolutely fabulous and modest for an early breakfast. The facilities were modern. The location for Estes Park was great, right by downtown Estes Park and fairgrounds, a lake and a Visitor's Center. Also near downtown area, the shopping area, all highways connecting, and the town center.

I like the location. We stay there once a year for the Longs Peaks Scottish/Irish Festival. It's fairly cheap, but the rooms are very old and ragged. The beds are hard and the pillow flat. We love the lady in the office/owner. She is always very pleasent. The bathrooms are spotless, but small. They do the job. We really only sleep there and are gone most of the days.

The wall paper is coming off the walls and as I said above, the beds are very hard and the pillow flat.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room was absolutely fabulous and modest. - the hotel's location was favorable, adjacent to the golf course and Rocky Mountain National Park. - It was relatively near Poppy's Pizza & Grill; I ate there a couple of times.

Price was cheaper than others in town, probably because they don't seem to be doing any maintenance on their building. Room was acceptably clean.

No Air Conditioning! WiFi signal from motel a half mile away was stronger signal than from this hotel. When I checked in light switch turned on a single low wattage bulb. All other lights in the room were not even plugged in, so I had to hunt for outlets to plug them in. Old 19 inch tube tv without remote. Ceiling fan didn't seem to move any air. Thank goodness that I had brought a small fan. Didn't have any outlets near one window that opened so I couldn't use my fan to help cool off room. Mismatched lawn chairs somtimes 1, sometimes 2 outside room so that you could escape the heat. If it had air conditioning and a remote control for the tv it would have been almost acceptable. Electronic locks did not work so I was given master key to room. Wondered how many others had been given that key. Lobby was cluttered. Seems that owners are milking property for money and not putting any money back into maintenance and remodeling.

The price was cheaper than most Hotels but for that price it should have been cleaner.

The towels were dingy yellow. The pool was not working and green slime. The smoke detector in our room was not working and didnt even have a battery in it. We had the end of roll of toilet paper with no extra in the room. Over all for the price we paid I am very disappointed.

The location of this place was amazing - right next to a flea market! the room was simple but cozy, and the staff was super helpful 😊.

I liked the original old wood look. The view was fantastic and the wildlife unbelievably close! The front desk very accomadating. Location within walking distance of food, shops and best of all, the Stanley Hotel and historic sites. The price was one of the better offers for the area of Estes Park, CO.

The floor and building was very creeky and old, but I like the authentic look and we were looking for paranormal activity which made this location perfect for our needs. Towels were washed, but looked as if stained. They need new ones.
